What to Expect

Itinerary

DAY 1 - Marrakech - Ait Ben Haddou - Ouarzazate - Valley Of Roses

After you arrive in Marrakech our fluent driver will meet you at the airport/hotel/ riad we will drive toward the city of Ouarzazate through the mountains of the great Atlas with an altitude of 2260 meters above sea level, we will keep driving beside Ounila valley to reach to Kassabah Talouat after we will hit the road driving to Ouarzazat city there you will have the opportunity to discover the oldest and the richest kasbah in Morocco which is Kassabah Ait Ben Haddou, throughout your stay, you will spend the night in one of the riads in Ouarzazat.

Day 2 - Ouarzazate - Tinghir - Toudra Gorges - Merzouga

After having breakfast at Ouarzazate we will hit the road again to Zagora City and exactly the village of Tamgrout. There you will have the opportunity to discover the richest library in Africa, a library that is included in UNISCO’s world heritage list. It contains many historical books and documents, and the village is known for its handicraft products as well. After that, we will drive on the asphalted road to the village of Oulad Driss where you will meet the camel leaders. You will finish the rest of the trip on camels. After having a joyful and safe trip on the camels through the golden dunes (about 2 hours) we will get to our last destination which is the large dunes of ‘’Ergg Lihouddi’’ There you will spend the night in your private traditional Berber tent. At night you will lose yourself under a silent starry sky in the middle of the Sahara desert, instantly, tea will be served to you by our camp crew, and we will gather around a spot of fire dancing and singing Berber music.

DAY 3 - Merzouga - Ouarzazat - Marrakech

We will spend the third day driving back to Marrakech on the same road we came from.
